What is your return policy?

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product and get a full refund or exchange the product for another one, be it similar or not. You can return a product for up to 30 days from the date you purchased it. Item must be in the same state that it was when purchased and must be in the original packaging.

How long do handmade products take?

At Pic N Mix Beauty, we strive for high quality. This means that lead times can range from anywhere between 3-10 days depending on the size of the order, and how busy we are at that time. Please note I do not employ anyone so all items are made by myself.

Will COVID-19 effect my order?
